Official Clarification

Recently, we received user feedback indicating that an individual contractor has been impersonating our company’s name and the 'Jineng Waterproofing' brand on the Douyin platform, independently taking on waterproofing repair services and engaging in fraudulent activities. This has caused serious financial losses to consumers and significant damage to our brand image. We deeply regret this incident and take it very seriously. We hereby issue this official clarification as follows:

1. The consumer who filled out the 'leak repair service' booking page on Douyin did not do so through our company's official setup, and we were unaware of this activity. (See attached image)

2. Our company has never authorized any individual or third party to conduct waterproofing repair services under our company’s name on social media platforms (including but not limited to Douyin). All information regarding waterproofing repairs posted using personal names or unverified accounts are unrelated to our company.

3. We urge all consumers: when selecting services such as waterproofing repairs, please remain highly vigilant. Carefully verify the identity and qualifications of service providers. If in doubt, contact our official hotline at 028-87341118 or 19938056407 for consultation to ensure your legal rights are protected.

4. For individuals or groups engaging in illegal activities by misusing our company’s name, we have already collected relevant evidence. Please immediately cease any actions damaging our brand reputation. Otherwise, we will take all necessary legal measures to protect our rights and pursue legal liability against the responsible parties.

Jineng Waterproofing will continue to strengthen brand protection efforts, closely cooperate with major platforms, and intensify crackdowns on counterfeit and fraudulent activities. At the same time, we warmly welcome consumers to contact our official hotline and actively report suspicious leads, working together to combat such illegal behavior.
