At 1:30 PM, the event officially kicked off amid the stirring national anthem and ceremonial music. The grand stage before the base’s office building was filled with joyful energy, creating a festive and enthusiastic atmosphere. The Group Deputy Secretary, Union Chairperson, and the Head of the Comprehensive Management Center delivered opening remarks on behalf of the company, expressing their warm welcome and congratulations.
