To continuously deepen employees' professional skills and boost the group's year-end confidence and determination, on November 9th, Jineng Waterproof Group held its annual professional training work arrangement meeting at the Daxian production base conference room. Representatives from departments including the R&D Center, Sales Center, Engineering Center, General Office, Business Department, Human Resources Department, Finance Department, and Legal Department attended the meeting, which was conducted simultaneously online and offline.

Group Chairman Li Daqi delivered a keynote speech before the training began,

Li said,

Continuing forward, the group’s R&D director analyzed industry trends, explored key challenges, led the team to understand new market directions and emerging energy dynamics, and introduced recent innovations, new products, and new technologies. A foundational knowledge training session on products was also conducted. Director Li stated,

The group should prioritize addressing ‘deep-rooted industry pain points and customer challenges’ as the core focus for its next 30 years of development. By strengthening core manufacturing capabilities, improving efficiency, reducing waste, and driving continuous improvement, we can achieve long-term success. At the same time, we must emphasize 'beyond-service' to elevate product value and realize the critical importance of leading the industry and achieving sustainable growth."

The Product R&D Department jointly conducted specialized training on composite materials and high-molecular products with relevant business units. Through detailed explanations, participants gained deeper understanding and mastery of the group’s key products.
