Sichuan Provincial Government, Chongqing Municipal Government, Sichuan Provincial Economic and Information Commission, and Chongqing Yubei District Government jointly conducted an inspection activity under the theme "Taking the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle as a driving force, strengthening industrial collaboration to promote the construction of a new high ground for advanced manufacturing development in Central Sichuan and Western Sichuan," on the morning of June 18. Lin Shucheng, Deputy Secretary of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and member of the Military Commission, Luo Shucheng, Deputy Secretary of the Chongqing Yubei District Committee and Director of the District People's Government, along with other senior officials, visited the production base of Jinling Flood Control Group in Yubei District, Chongqing City, where they were warmly received by high-level executives of Jindu Dafayi Co., Ltd.

Through visiting the intelligent exhibition hall and product displays, the inspection team gained initial insights into Jinling’s brand development journey, corporate culture, current status, and future plans. Under demonstrations of the smart factory’s real-time monitoring system and product application models, combined with detailed explanations and key presentations from the company, the leaders developed a deeper understanding of Jinling’s existing green flood control product portfolio and its applicable fields.

Subsequently, the inspection team toured the high-molecular production workshop and observed the green flood control material production line, gaining firsthand insight into the product manufacturing process and directly experiencing Jinling’s strong capabilities in digitalized, intelligent manufacturing. The leaders unanimously praised Jinling Group’s persistent commitment to sustainable development and green production, emphasizing that whether building a green industrial chain, developing eco-friendly materials, advancing innovative construction technologies, or establishing leading equipment standards, all align closely with urban planning goals and represent a model example of advanced manufacturing in Yubei District.

The integrated development of the Chongqing-Chengdu ecological and economic belt is a major responsibility and timely mission entrusted by the Sichuan-Chongqing provincial governments to Chengdu and Yubei districts in advancing the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. It is also a crucial task and shared responsibility for coordinated governance between Chongqing and Yubei.
