What is non-cement, non-hardening?

Base cleaning:

The base surface should be solid, flat, dry, clean, and free of oil stains or contaminants.

Coating application: Base treatment compound, :

Apply the base treatment compound evenly on a qualified base surface. Before coating, ensure the compound is thoroughly mixed. During application, apply evenly, avoiding sagging or pooling. Follow the principle of high before low, vertical before horizontal. When the base treatment compound dries, proceed with laying the self-adhesive membrane immediately.

Joint reinforcement treatment:

Pre-treat corners, transitions between horizontal and vertical surfaces, etc., by applying coating first. The thickness should be about 2mm. Then shape the membrane to match the contour and lay it accordingly. After completing the reinforcement layer, proceed with full-surface installation, ensuring consistent thickness across the entire waterproof layer.

Application of non-cement, non-hardening acrylic waterproof coating:

Before application, preheat the coating. Wait until the entire coating reaches a spreadable state (160°C), then apply the non-cement, non-hardening acrylic waterproof coating evenly using brushing or rolling methods on the base surface. Immediately after brushing, lay the non-cement high-molecular fiber-based self-adhesive waterproof membrane.

Laying non-cement high-molecular fiber-based self-adhesive waterproof membrane :

Remove the protective film from the underside of the self-adhesive membrane. Important notes,

Before construction, preheat and mix the coating evenly. Recommended brushing temperature: 130–140°C; rolling temperature: 160–170°C. Heating temperature must strictly not exceed 180°C, otherwise it will affect the material’s performance;

The installation process of non-cement, non-hardening acrylic coating involves heating, rolling, etc., large machinery and electrical operations, must be carried out under professional on-site guidance by trained personnel; 3,
