▶ Progress on the Guangzhou-Huzhou High-Speed Rail

The Guangzhou-Huzhou High-Speed Railway is Guangdong Province's largest self-funded, most complex, longest-line, and highest-investment railway project. With a total length of 401 kilometers and a design speed of 350 km/h, it connects seven cities: Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhaoqing, Yunfu, Zhongshan, Zhuhai, and Jiangmen. As a key segment of the national 'Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal' high-speed rail network along the coast, its opening ends the era of no 350 km/h high-speed rail in Zhongshan, Zhuhai, and Jiangmen, fully integrating the western region into the Greater Bay Area's 'one-hour lifestyle circle'. It also further promotes connectivity between the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the southern coastal ports and northern urban clusters, completing regional rail network layout and boosting coordinated development across the area.

In this nationally significant major project,China Railway No. 10 Bureauit constructed key sections including the Sanxiang Triangle Machine Field Segment (before station 15), as well as three modernized stations: North Zhongshan Station, East Zhongshan Station, and South Xinfeng Station.Golden Water Power Group, serving as a strategic partner in China Railway No. 10 Bureau’s waterproofing collaboration, actively participated in the project;providing reliable waterproof system solutions for the modernized North Zhongshan and East Zhongshan Stations;, delivering professional-grade materials to build this steel giant’s hidden stone foundation.
