To actively respond to the implementation of the new standard and promote in-depth learning among staff, on October 19, Jinling Waterproofing specially organized a training seminar for the newly issued Sichuan Province Construction Engineering Waterproofing Technical Standard. The company's sales center, engineering center, and other departments conducted synchronized online and offline learning.

Starting October 1, the Sichuan Province Construction Waterproofing Association took the lead in compiling, with Jinling Waterproofing Engineering Co., Ltd. participating in the compilation of the new standard DBJ51/T 255-2024, 'Sichuan Province Construction Engineering Waterproofing Technical Standard.' This standard is a recommended local standard for construction waterproofing projects in Sichuan Province. It was developed through extensive research, field testing, reference to advanced domestic and international standards, and comprehensive summarization of current waterproofing practices in Sichuan Province. After incorporating broad feedback and expert reviews, the standard aims to enhance the quality and technical level of construction waterproofing projects in the province and play a proactive role in promoting high-quality development of the construction industry across Sichuan and even nationwide.

Training Site

The training session was led by He Li from Jinling Waterproofing's Technology Department, who brought deep professional expertise and rich practical experience to provide in-depth explanations on key aspects of the new standard, including principles, terminology, basic regulations, materials, design, construction, quality inspection, operation and maintenance, and leak remediation. At the training site, participants engaged in active discussions and problem-solving sessions addressing challenges related to new requirements, materials, and construction techniques.
