Project Overview:

The Xingji Road (Phase IV) Plots 37 & 47 Construction Project (Plot 1#) covers a planned land area of 56,415.51 square meters and a total construction area of 249,778.76 square meters. The main construction includes new residential buildings, commercial spaces, supporting facilities buildings, outdoor plazas and outdoor pipeline networks, equipment rooms, and material storage rooms, encompassing foundation works, installation engineering, interior decoration, and general contracting works.

China Wuyue Aerospace & Engine Supporting Industrial Park Basic Facilities Construction Project (Phase I)

Project Location:

Yunqi High-Tech Zone, Yiyang City, Hunan Province

Project Overview:

A key provincial project in Hunan Province, with a total investment of 490 million RMB, covering an area of 798 mu. The construction period is scheduled from 2024 to 2027. The project consists of standard factory buildings, unmanned aircraft R&D center, low-altitude flight safety and emergency rescue equipment R&D center, and medium-small distributed gas turbine R&D centers. Upon completion, it will serve as a core driver for the development of the aerospace engine industry, based on the Mianlou Test Base in Yiyang, focusing on R&D testing, raw materials, component manufacturing, complete engine production, aircraft maintenance, and service. It aims to cultivate and build a high-tech intelligent manufacturing industrial park specializing in aerospace engines with nationwide influence, supporting the high-quality economic and social development of Yunqi.
