The meeting began with the entire team singing the national anthem and "JINXING Song," followed by listening to and watching the official report from the third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, studying the spirit of the full party meeting.

The meeting focused on the company's performance in the first half of the year, comprehensively summarized achievements across various business platforms and functional departments, evaluated individual performance, analyzed current challenges and shortcomings, deeply examined weak links, clarified work strategies for the second half of the year, closely aligned with annual goals, and ensured the high-quality completion of all annual business targets.

During the meeting, department heads reviewed each key performance indicator, provided detailed reports on the completion status of their 2024 first-half-year goals, highlighted key achievements and critical points, analyzed problems and deficiencies, clearly outlined actions, and actively advanced the planning of second-half-year work.

To further strengthen team cohesion and cultivate collaborative spirit, on the morning of July 21, the company specially organized a unique team-building activity—"Spirit of the Drum."Participants were divided into three teams under the guidance of experienced trainers, progressing from simple to complex, from basic elements to elaborate compositions, using original instruments through cutting, assembling, sticking, and painting steps, infusing "Drum Spirit" with soul and meaning.
