Building New Chapters, Gathering Strength for the Future | Jineng Water Group Annual Meeting 2024 Launches with Full Energy!

Welcoming the new, gathering together, standing at the starting point of a fresh journey, celebrating our shared accomplishments and abundant harvests from the past year, acknowledging challenges along the way, jointly envisioning a vibrant future roadmap. From February 25–26, 2024, the Jineng Water Group Annual Meeting 2024, themed 'Building New Chapters, Gathering Strength for the Future,' kicked off in Nanning. Through work summaries, signing of new-year responsibility agreements, presentations of advanced models, sharing of excellent experiences, cultural performances, and the launch of a focus training program, all employees united in spirit, reviewed past achievements and progress, identified shortcomings, visualized future blueprints, and collectively committed to forging ahead with passion and purpose—driving innovation, re-energizing our mission, setting clear goals, and charting a bold course forward. Over 200 core team members participated.

2023 was a year full of challenges and victories. The Jineng Water Group has walked a path filled with ups and downs. Every step forward was fueled by the collective passion and joy of triumph. The event opened with an inspiring national anthem and the Jineng chorus, followed by a powerful keynote speech from General Manager He Dongcheng.

General Manager He Dongcheng reviewed the group’s outstanding achievements over the past year, highlighting steady business growth, expanding market share, enhanced brand influence, particularly strong performance in southern China. By continuously optimizing product structures, strengthening innovation, and improving service quality, we delivered superior products and services to customers, successfully securing new long-term partnerships and expanding revenue streams.

Yet, challenges remain. External environment remains tough. In response, General Manager He emphasized:

Deputy General Manager He Jing summarized the group’s achievements in business performance, R&D and innovation, market expansion and sales strategies, digital transformation, and internal team building. At the meeting, the Business Department Director shared his successful marketing experience and insights; the Technical Director led everyone through the unveiling of Jineng’s new products—each revelation offering invaluable guidance for all employees. The subsequent lottery ceremony further elevated the atmosphere to a high point. In 2023, standout individuals and teams were honored with awards. Their excellence inspired recognition, their hard work earned respect, and they ignited renewed motivation among every Jineng employee to achieve greater success in the new year.

The annual gala dinner began with warm greetings. Families enjoyed delicious meals while reflecting on the past year’s milestones. Elegant cultural performances showcased the talents and teamwork of Jineng staff. The emotional award ceremony brought the audience to tears. Everyone looked forward to brighter days ahead, feeling deeply touched by the warmth and care of Jineng. On-site, joy abounded, spirits soared, and hearts were full—cheers echoed throughout!

As a key component of this event, the Jineng Water Group 2024 Opening Focus Training Session officially commenced on February 26th, themed 'Striving Beyond Limits, Building Success Together.' Industry experts and seasoned sales trainers were invited to deliver dynamic, interactive sessions, ensuring practical, actionable takeaways. This training provided a vital boost of energy and insight for all Jineng employees, empowering them to lead in their roles and embrace the new year with confidence. Throughout the session, participants were highly engaged, enthusiastic, and actively contributing—creating a vibrant, energetic atmosphere.

This training not only energized Jineng employees but also exemplifies the company’s concrete actions toward cultivating a high-capacity, high-execution, and learning-oriented talent pool.
