Jinling Participates in the Compilation of the 2023 'White Paper on High-Quality Waterproof Materials and Technologies'

On November 17, the 2023 Waterproofing and Anti-Seepage Technology Exchange Conference was successfully held in Tianjin. Industry experts and scholars discussed major topics including industry development trends, keynote reports, standard and specification interpretations, and technology exchanges. The conference also explored innovative practices in large-span structural roof waterproofing, the development path for waterproofing enterprises under the 'dual carbon' context, building industry modernization, and standardized design solutions for waterproof systems.

The Beijing No. 21 Century School Chengdu Branch Project is located at the intersection of Jiangning South Road and Tianli Road in Chengdu's Wenjiang District, covering a land area of 173,000 square meters with a total construction area of 190,000 square meters. The project is led by China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. as the general contractor, while Sichuan Jinling Waterproof Engineering Co., Ltd. is responsible for waterproof construction. As one of Chengdu's key civilian projects and a strategic initiative to attract investment in education, it brings premium educational resources from the capital into Sichuan, promoting high-quality development in Chengdu’s education sector.

The overall waterproofing design adopts Jinling’s modified SBS elastomeric polymer waterproof membranes, modified SBS elastomeric polymer asphalt waterproof sheets, self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof membranes, rigid polymer modified asphalt waterproof membranes, rigid polymer modified asphalt waterproof sheets, polyurethane waterproof coatings, and polymer cement (JS) waterproof coatings. Based on building types and specific waterproof performance requirements for different areas such as basement slabs, roof slabs, side walls, roofs, and bathrooms, comprehensive waterproofing measures are implemented. The project also implements unified management, assigning experienced project managers and technical supervisors with strong responsibility to oversee construction sites. Critical and special sections are strictly monitored to ensure quality, schedule, and safety control under direct project leadership, guaranteeing timely delivery of a satisfactory outcome.
