New Products Launched, Strong Power Boosted: Jinling Waterproof Group Holds New Product Training Session

On the afternoon of August 10th, Jinling Waterproof Group hosted a new product training session at the Chengdu headquarters meeting room, attended by personnel from the sales center, business center, engineering center, manufacturing, and R&D center.

This training session consisted of three main sections: first isNon-bituminous non-rigid polyurethane waterproof coating and polymer cement waterproof slurryproduct overview; second isHigh-molecular TPR waterproof membrane seriesproduct overview; third isapplication and installation of new products.

The session began with technical lead Xiaoqiang Yin presenting on the composition, physical properties, product features, and application scenarios of non-bituminous non-rigid polyurethane coatings and polymer cement waterproof slurries. Following that, R&D manager Zheng Zhou provided a detailed explanation covering concepts, product descriptions, and advantages of the high-molecular TPR waterproof membrane series. All participants listened attentively, fully engaged, and absorbed the content thoroughly.

When it comes to new products, beyond their inherent characteristics and advantages, proper installation and application are equally critical. During the training, technical leader He Lirong introduced key installation techniques, including pre-spraying reverse lamination, self-lamination, heat lamination, and trowel spreading processes, emphasizing important installation considerations. Special attention was also given to details such as long-side lapping and surface fixation, short-side lapping treatment, three-dimensional corner sealing, and joint edge management.

After completing all training content, participants conducted a 'live-site test' to verify their learning outcomes and reinforce understanding. This session was closely aligned with current field operations, offering strong practicality and targeted relevance. Through training, staff members gained deeper, more detailed insights into every aspect of the new products, achieving significant improvements in professionalization and service quality across multiple areas.
