Sales Engineer

Number of Positions

10 people (5 in Chongqing, 5 in Chengdu)

Salary Range

5K-9K

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for sales of waterproof materials in designated regional markets and achieving annual sales targets;

2. Lead project development and negotiation for engineering projects;

3. Handle contract negotiations and signing with sales and engineering agreements;

4. Manage customer service and maintain client relationships for sales projects;

5. Follow contractual terms to collect sales payments and complete collection KPIs;

6. Establish and maintain customer information files and documentation;

7. Conduct market research and gather intelligence on industry trends and competitors;

8. Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.

Requirements

1. Age: 25–40 years old (no gender restrictions);

2. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above;

3. Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in construction materials, real estate, or related engineering industries; candidates with industry resources are preferred;

4. Skills: Professional training or certification in market sales, negotiation techniques, business accounting, etc.;

5. Personal qualities: Strong teamwork spirit, excellent verbal communication and coordination abilities, and the ability to handle pressure and challenges effectively;
