Base cleaning:

The base surface should be solid, flat, dry, clean, and free of oil stains or contaminants.

Coating application: Base treatment compound, :

Apply the base treatment compound evenly on a qualified base surface. Before coating, ensure the compound is thoroughly mixed. During application, apply evenly, avoiding sagging or pooling.
