JX730 Single-Component Polyurea Waterproof Coating

JX730 Single-Component Polyurea Waterproof Coating primarily consists of high-molecular pre-polymers containing multiple isocyanate groups (NCO), end-cappedmulti-functional monomers(including amine-terminated polyether), blended together, along with other functional additives. Once opened, it reacts rapidly with moisture in the air:moisture-cured curing agentinitially hydrolyzes to generate ammonia-based active hydrogen groups, which then react with isocyanate groups to form cross-linked polyurea or polyurethane elastomer networks.

Work in environmental temperatures between 5–35°C. Substrate temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point. Humidity should not exceed 80% RH.
