At today's press conference hosted by the Ministry of Natural Resources, it was announced that limited newly added construction land will be prioritized for major infrastructure projects and public development. This includes increased land supply for key projects in energy, transportation, water conservancy, and other critical sectors to support the rational use of land for modern industrial systems and new productive forces. At the same time, support for public welfare projects—such as urban-rural renovation and public service facilities—will also be strengthened.

近日，从自然资源部召开的3月例行新闻发布会上获悉，将把有限的新增建设用地优先用于重大基础设施项目和民生发展，增加能源交通水利等重点工程土地供给，保障新质生产力等现代化产业体系建设的合理用地，同时加大与群众生活相关的城中村改造、公共服务设施等民生项目新增建设用地支持力度。
