The Machangba TOD project covers a total construction area of approximately 360,000 square meters and is one of Chengdu’s first 14 TOD demonstration projects. Located in Kanghe Subdistrict and Machang Community, Qingyang District, it is adjacent to Machangba Station on Line 4 of the metro and situated within the core area of Qingyang New City, serving as a key project for the region’s development during the '14th Five-Year Plan' period. Phase II, Block A, Section 1 has a planned total construction area of about 98,900 square meters, consisting of four commercial buildings and a sunken plaza. The tallest building reaches a height of approximately 46.5 meters, featuring two levels of underground parking and pre-designed access passages for seamless connection with the metro station. In the future, this site will host Chengdu’s first 4.0 version of Legend Tiantai, a commercial complex with a gross leasable area of around 150,000 square meters, incorporating diverse formats such as sports parks, central plazas, and rooftop gardens, forming a park-style commercial ecosystem. Upon completion in 2027, the project willRedefine the Commercial Landscape of Western Chengdu,significantly elevate the commercial capacity of Qingyang New City, serving a population of over one million in the surrounding areas, and become a vital engine driving high-quality living standards and consumption innovation in western Chengdu..
