Sichuan Provincial Association of Building Waterproofing Chairman Zhao Huatang Leads Delegation to Visit and Research Jinxing Waterproofing Group

At the beginning of the meeting, Chairman Guo Daka introduced the company’s development journey and strategic plans, highlighting practical experiences in serving urban renewal initiatives, old district renovations, and steadily advancing its 'going global' strategy under national policy guidance. He acknowledged that the current operating environment is complex and challenging, but emphasized that with years of technical accumulation and team resilience, the company remains confident in its long-term growth prospects.

President Guo Haicheng discussed the current industry landscape, noting that enterprises are at a critical juncture of transitioning their development models. He stressed the need for greater industry guidance and support in new product iterations, application of advanced technologies, and implementation of regulatory updates to strengthen core competitiveness and ensure sustainable development.

In an open and honest exchange, the Jinxing team candidly shared the multiple operational pressures they face in real market conditions. Rising raw material costs, significantly reduced procurement volumes, declining revenues, and rampant predatory pricing have become major concerns. They emphasized these are not isolated issues but systemic challenges affecting the entire industry’s healthy ecosystem.

Addressing these challenges, Jinxing representatives proposed concrete recommendations such as standardizing testing markets, opposing unfair competition, improving standards systems, and optimizing regional business environments. Additionally, both parties conducted in-depth discussions on waterproofing material production and construction practices, green building certification, green benchmark products, materials for 'good homes,' and enhancing market competitiveness.

During the visit, Chairman Zhao Huatang and his team listened attentively to the reports and took detailed notes. Chairman Zhao affirmed that the association will take the reported common issues and suggestions seriously, actively fulfill its role as a bridge between government and enterprises, deepen service functions, increase promotion of new products and technologies among member companies, advance industry self-regulation, guide standardized operations, maintain fair competition, create more platforms for member communication, represent member concerns, and protect enterprise rights and interests.

This field visit and research serve not only as a 'listening to needs and seeking advice' initiative by the association but also as a valuable opportunity for Jinxing to openly express its views and seek collaborative support. We deeply feel the care and backing from industry organizations, which strengthens our resolve to overcome difficulties and move forward.
