Women Shine, March Forward | Jinxing Waterproof Group Celebrates International Women's Day

Spring brings warmth and all things revive. To celebrate the 116th International Women's Day with great enthusiasm, enhance the happiness and sense of belonging among female employees, recognize their outstanding contributions to the company’s development, and enrich their spiritual and cultural lives, on March 7, under the support and care of company leadership, the Party Branch and Trade Union of Jinxing Waterproof Group meticulously planned and organized a series of activities themed 'Women Shine, March Forward'. The Chengdu branch and Tongnan base joined in synchronously, delivering a special gift and heartfelt blessings to all female staff.

The event aims to help female employees temporarily step away from their busy work routines through outdoor experiences and interactive exchanges, allowing them to appreciate the beauty of nature and the warmth of teamwork. It further inspires the strength of women and fosters a positive corporate culture that respects, cares for, and supports women’s growth.

On the morning of March 7, female employees from the Chengdu branch arrived one after another at the Chengdu World Horticultural Exposition Park, beginning a journey into horticultural culture. Guided by park interpreters, they strolled together through diverse regional landscapes, experiencing exquisite horticultural masterpieces and natural scenery from around the world.
