JX370 Non-Asphaltic Non-Curing TPO Waterproof Coating is a "non-asphalt base" waterproof material made from TPO and tree resin along with various additives. It contains no asphalt, features stable and reliable performance, and represents an innovative eco-friendly waterproof material. This coating does not harden or dissolve when exposed to air over long periods; it resists water, exhibits extremely high adhesion strength, adapts well to complex construction surfaces, and can automatically locate and repair leaks in damaged waterproof layers. Offers permanent leak protection, free of solvents, fully meeting national safety and environmental protection standards. Features excellent flexibility, superior waterproofing, outstanding aging resistance, and supports multiple application methods including troweling, spraying, and grouting for leak repairs. When used together with membrane materials, forms a composite waterproof layer.

• Work environment temperature must be between 0–35°C. Do not apply during rain, snow, or winds exceeding level five.

• Heat the coating uniformly before application. Recommended trowel temperature: 130–140°C; spray temperature: 160–170°C. Heating temperature must strictly not exceed 180°C, otherwise performance will be compromised.

• The application process involves heating, spraying, and other mechanical and electrical operations. Must be carried out under professional supervision.

• Site must implement safety measures such as electrical protection, fire prevention, and burn prevention. Workers must wear protective gear and have emergency supplies or medication available.

• When applying on walls, ensure the membrane does not sag. After waterproof layer completion, perform fixation and wall protection measures.

• The non-curing coating is fully compatible with TPO, PVC, and other high molecular membranes (except EPDM), and asphalt-based membranes. The membrane should be bonded directly to the substrate.
