Roller Application Installation Procedure

① Base Surface Preparation: Remove debris, dirt, and organic matter from the surface. Pre-wet dry surfaces with water for cleaning.

② Special Adhesive Paste Mixing: Water cement : Water : Powder = 100 : 40–45 : 0.5. First add the special powder into the mixing container, then gradually add water while stirring, followed by adding the adhesive paste. Mix thoroughly until no lumps, no sediment, and no clumping—ready for use.

③ Determine Adhesive Paste Thickness Based on Site Conditions: Adjust thickness according to base surface flatness (typically 2–3 mm). Apply adhesive paste within the membrane laying area (avoid excessive spread or edge overflow).

④ Remove protective film from the membrane bottom surface. Place the membrane evenly onto the freshly applied adhesive layer. After completing the first layer, reapply adhesive paste and lay the second layer, continuing in sequence so that adjacent layers are properly aligned.

⑤ Use wooden trowel or rubber float to roll and press the membrane surface, expelling air bubbles and ensuring tight adhesion between the membrane and substrate.

⑥ Curing & Protection: Allow curing for 24 to 48 hours (timing depends on ambient temperature). Higher temperatures shorten curing time.

⑥ When installing vertical wall membranes, temporarily seal the membrane termination at the opening (using adhesive tape or a pre-applied adhesive strip) to prevent water leakage during early stages.

⑦ Lap width must be no less than 80mm; use full overlap method for joint connection.

During transportation and storage, avoid damaging packaging. Store in well-ventilated, dry areas. Stacking height should not exceed five layers of membrane rolls. When stacking, place on a dry, level surface, avoiding direct sunlight and contact with acids, alkalis, oils, or organic solvents. Keep away from heat sources.
